No more AM IBOC on 820 WNYC

Don's a notorious hack for the HD Radio cartel who specializes in denying that reality exists.

Don't even bother arguing with him... there are better things to do. Like watch a soccer game.

Nope...just a pro, working in the industry...hoping to instill a little reality into the conversation about HD...and not let the anti-HD loons spread their (usually false) propaganda.

Nathan Obral on the other hand has no credentials, and is a fitness trainer or something...but wants to pontificate on HD radio.

Did you fix that treadmill yet? (Apparently that's your reality.)

Am I missing something here? ???

The topic at hand was AM IBOC/HD stations. One user commented "finding an HD radio to pick up these stations is like finding a needle in a haystack." You replied with a link to an FM-only receiver. How does that "instill a little reality into the conversation"?

OK...Fair enough....I should've taken 45 not 35 seconds. But the point was made, it is not like finding a needle in a haystack" (esp with the internet) as the poster claimed.
