berlin201, this is where I read the story about Whoopi (on the News Board here 3/31/08) I could not find a link to post for you. The full article says some stations are playing "The Best of Whoopi". Since I am horrible with computers could someone find a link to this story and post it??

wouldn't jb&b or imus require yet another full-station overhaul and format change? i don't see it happening. if whooopi's show is cancelled, my money's on something more ac like bill and sherry or whatever out of charlotte, or a more urban equivalent

I am very confused by this thread for two reasons:

• This story, and several others, reported the show's cancellation back at Thanksgiving (2007)
• Whoppi? That rhymes with "copy", so making "Whoppi" just sounds hilarious. ;D

Actually, the person the original thread was about was Whoopie - which would NOT rhyme with copy, in any language.
