No New Adventures For "Old Christine" On ABC

Married With Children is one exception with a high success rate, 3 of 4 still around. Ed O'Neill now on Modern Family, Katey Sagal around guest starring on shows, e.g. Lost, and Christina Applegate in movies.

And from what I read on his Facebook page, David Faustino is making a living appearing in B-movies.

Could be said about a lot of shows, look at Friends, Courteney Cox's show barely made it in the ratings, did get renewed and "Joey" was a total flop and the rest of the cast (except for a few movies) didn't get another show.

Aniston is doing fine in getting casted for movies. Kudrow also for supporting roles. The guys haven't had as much success. So, 1-2 cast members for 6, of a successful show are able to continue their post show success in new tv or movie roles.

What about Ted McGinley?

If there is a television producer out there with a death wish, I'm sure ol' Teddy will be there. ;D

True, I think Julia broke the Seinfeld curse when she got past 13 weeks. Did anybody ever see the Michael Richards Show? It was indescribably awful.
Jason Alexander made it through a whole season of 'Listen Up!" I liked the show. He had a hot teenage daughter, but that wasn't all I liked about it.

The show is no more.... Unless you modify the title and place it in the Sunday morning talk spot replacing This Week... "The New Adventures of Old Christiane" ;D

And don't forget "Samantha Who?" which lasted two seasons! In fact, Katey Sagal also had "8 Simple Rules".

And Sagal is about to be back on weekly with the return of Futurama.

But Ted was on MWC for eight years (166 episodes). I'm sure there are a lot of producers who'd wish their shows lated that long. :D

Actually seven ,David Garrison was on it for the first 4 seasons, and what about Amanda Bearse, she hasn't appeared in anything after the show, but she did do some directing for shows after that including "Jesse", Christina Applegate's show.
