No One is at Home at 'DJO

Agreed, 'NKR is a good station, do listen to it.

Is Rodger K. still in control of the station?

It is a real shame what has become of WDJO. The music mix is terrible now.It sounds like whoever is putting together the playlists is simply playing.

This station can make some money and sound really good if you had the right people running it. WDJO never became part of the community like a local station needs to do.
They had good people like Marty and Dusty wasted. If your entire station has to be voiced tracked then give it up.

There are examples of local operators who know what they are doing such as Joe Mullins and and Classic Country in Dry Ridge.

You travel north of Columbus and you will find a number of local operators who really know what they are doing and making money and are an important part to their community. WDJO never achieved that.

That filing that you found on the Clerk of Courts site isn't good.

It would appear that there are personal guarantees attached to this. Any unsatisfied debt would be collected from the guarantors.

Ouch!

I haven't seen any filing at the FCC that shows a transfer of WDJO to the Creditor. Maybe there is a chance for this to go to "workout" and they can keep the station.

Isn't it quite soon after the judgement for there to have been a transfer? What does Robert T Nolan have to do with this? Is he more than a car dealer?

Major, he's one of the partners from my understanding.

I like Robert a lot. When they formed their partnership, he was pulled in as one of the major benefactors. He stayed on for "Alchemy II".
