Nurse Jeff is stumped: if we offer deep fried artichokes on a stick, will the Buckeye Media Hut be liable if someone punctures their esophagus while consuming those tasty leaves with the prickly point on the end? How does the State Fair handle frivolous lawsuits when the bungee jump cord snaps? Perhaps we should offer Humbles on a stick and leave it at that!
