Kevin & Bean? Long running 20 year morning show, has to go?

Gee, does anyone remember another station that called themselves "K-Rock" had a talk show in the morning, with some guy named Stern, also for about 20 years, does anyone remember? That station that called themselves "K-Rock" that was HERE? ???

20 years and your audience has outgrown your target demo...

Plus, yes, I, as an east-coaster, probably don't get the SoCal morning show.

Does anyone remember Z-Rock, K-Rocks sister, Heavy Metal on AM 1480 now that was neat....loved to go up to NYC to hear it...but the signal was crappy...

Yes, it was an automated station run from a closet down the hall from the K-Rock studios.

Z-Rock was a syndicated radio network based out of Dallas Texas by the Satellite Music Network, which went under in 1996. Had nothing to do with K-Rock though.

It was a pretty kick ass station, we had a local affiliate here in Poughkeepsie on 93.3
