Just got a call from some kind of "Orlando Radio" research company asking me what stations I listen to. I asked "terrestrial or satellite radio"? The person responded, "FM terrestrial please". So I fired off a few. I was then asked if I would listen to a rock station that played certain bands, and I was given the names of bands that a typical active rock station plays. They then played me clips of a few songs from active rock bands popular in the 1990's thru early 2000's. When they were done I told them "that's what WJRR plays". I was asked on a scale of 1-7 (1 worse, 7 best) how likely would I listen to this station. I said 5, although looking back I should have said 4. I was then asked in what age group I was in and given choices. I'm in the 35-44 age group, and then I was told no more futher questions were needed and that the survey was over. I guess I'm not in that coveted 18-34 demographic they were looking for, but for the song's they played for me, at the time they were current, I was in it.
