If you can find a Behringer Combinator MDX-8000, set the pre-emphasis to 75us, then open up the 8000A and jumper S1A (part of the test operate switch) to ground. This way, the 4 band Behringer does the work & the 8000A does the peak limiting. It's not as loud as an 8100 & XT2, but for the money, it smokes & is remarkably clean. When using anything that has pre/de-emphasis in front of the 8000, doing that trick with the switch allows for a few DB increase in loudness vs when using the internal AGC/limiter in the 8000.
