Currently the WMYA signal is being used for ATSC 3.0 (NextGen TV) simulcasts of 4.1, 7.1, 13.1, 21.1, and 40.1. 40's various subchannels are now hosted on the other stations, but keep their 40.x virtual channel numbers, so there's a chance that you might get some and not the others, if you don't receive one of the host stations and don't have a compatible TV (like me). I didn't have any trouble receiving WMYA in Spartanburg on an indoor antenna prior to the switch.
So in a way, there is an WLOS simulcast in the Upstate, but 99.99% can't get it. The translator upgrades may help for some.
