ISP has a long history with CC, so for them to be willing to jump ship says alot about what they think this can become.
What it can become, CBS hopes, is the new flagship for the Pirates or Penguins. Which will land Pitt right
back where they were with cc, no?
Of those two, they have the best chance of getting the Pirates. And if that happens, because of the seasons , there would be very little overlap between the Pirates/Pitt footbal and Pitt Basketball.
I think CC or whoever buys CC's pittsburgh's stations if they do implode, will fight hard to keep the Penguins.
