U beat me Too it..
Got the Last Country Song and the Launch
of Platinum 96.7 all on Tape and the First
Phone Call.

and Pugs & Kelly Did NOT Launch it.
Larry Dixon Did.
 
I got Twister since 12:17 this morning, will have several hours of Platinum on minidisc today.
 
I did also until my computer crashed this past weekend. I lost no sleep, because my minidisc recorder records 34 hours of music straight.
 
I can't wait to see the responses to this station.
 
FWIW I thought the flip was executed poorly. Larry just comes on with a short, dry speech. Least they coulda done something with more UMPH as a fanfare!

I totally agree. That was the worst flip I've heard so far.

Oh, I don't have to listen to it. I just connect my minidisc recorder to my radio, push record/play, let it run, then go to bed.
 
KAAM may have more to worry about than KLUV. KTYS sounds more like a FM version of KAAM than a competitor to KLUV.

Yes; pretty uninteresting change.

Also, according to allacess last week, the "Twister" was to move to the HD2 channel of 96.7 with the flip. Why not have promoted that (i.e. "tune to the Big 96.3 or the Twister's new home on 96.7HD2")?
