Hi Everyone-
I was wondering if you had ANY REAL TIPS on how to Look for a new radio job, while you still are working at a station.
I realize how small this world is, and there is a (small) chance my PD could know the PD that I am applying too. Can you get fired if your PD finds out? How have people successfully done this in the past??
I am currently under a crap contract for a year, (on a station that I feel may not be around much longer) and want to apply to a station owned by another company (other than the one I am contracted under)
I am still young, and have been in my spot for 2 years, but never moved around. Your expert and experienced advice would really help me
