I'm assuming Todd & Jayde will publicly acknowledge on-air the station being sold...and maybe something else. Social media reactions are mostly foreshadowing the inevitable, with plenty of upset listeners. Mike Allan, several minutes ago, also mentioned a-must to tune in tomorrow morning.
On the bright side, I, along with a few others I've talked to, have thought of several possible ideas. What if Cumulus moves PLJ to 103.9, and have it running at a certain degree with some of the airstaff? Similar to the downsizing of WFAS, keeping the 'brand name' for advertisers, and maybe more $ for Cumulus than WNBM currently.
Will we see some of the staff migrate to WNEW (or other stations)? Of course, we can only speculate for now.
