anyone heard any? it doesn't seem like there are a lot of spots out there.
and what about "reasonable access"? has anyone heard of a case where a campaign has challenged a radio station about its best rate? i wonder about these small mom and pop radio stations around the state who will do just about anything for a buck. they say they bill at one rate, but in actuality bill at way below the market rate price to its good clients, when all is said and done.
could a campaign go to a small radio station, if it had inside information, and demand the very small rate? would it be worth it? has anyone heard of such a thing.
