Possible KYW 1060 news?

It is a sign being hoisted to the roof of where KYW is. I wonder if a WIP is going up there too at 4th and Market.
 
A whole bunch of nothing. I thought they were making changes to the schedule, which they need to do.

Why would they need to make changes to KYW's schedule? KYW is perfectly fine the way it is. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
