POWER 102.9 New Orleans

^^Apparently Clear Channel only cares about investing in its urban outlets within the Top 5 market tier although Detroit falls outside the Top 10. They do tend to differ in Philly where WUSL is outclassed by WDAS since the latter bills more for CC despite both having voicetracked jocks.

I do give props to WHRK in Memphis and WOWI Norfolk for being able to maintain morning drives despite being in the bottom Top 50 markets under CC.

CC's Urban AC, 96.3 KISS FM in Augusta in also local in morning drive with Fatz and Cher.
