I don't think people are knocking the music on Project, it's the way they went about killing the brand that ticked people off. 96rock could've done this a few yrs back. The Regular Guys did well with the younger demo, so did Southside and Rhodes. They could've launched "Old is new again on 96rock!" They could've imaged the station to say, "We're doing what we do, playing the best rock out there." They could've even brought back the old orange and black logo...but they didn't. It would've been fun to listen too again, without blowing up a 30 yr old brand. Now the name is stupid, the imaging stinks, and the jocks are average. But hey....the music is pretty good.
