Um as much as I like tejano music I disagree with you on this opinion. It it not the best station on am.... Have you even heard el norte 96.9 lately? They've added more tejano to their list, like Eddie Gonzales, Jaime Y Los Chamacos

The real question is how KRTX is doing in PPM? Do you know? Because KRTX is not the #1 Spanish AM station.

Didnt you ever hear Pelochas. God!, DO you ever read correctly! Pelochas has previously said that KRTX always wanted to move because of the signal limitations. KLTN just refused all the time.

Yes and No. 96.9 is a simulcast of 1230 AM. But even then, KQUE is still NOT NUMBER ONE! though his sentence still makes little sense

im can now rest. i guess when i talked seriously to the pd, a great friend, about a great opportunity and the void in kltn's hd-2 he took it straight. it could not have been a better time. with party off 104.9 and tu musica on, it just made sense. krtx ratings did improve and the pd just told that they are number one in rating for spanish AM radio.

as for the void in kama hd-2, just look into LA and for Amor Celestial

Also, Amor celestial could be a strong possibility or they can also have La Kalle HD2. But of course, I don't think this will happen any time soon. I have yet to see Univision expand on HD2 channels here in Texas (other than the Tejano state network and One or two other exceptions)

Glad to see that Tejano is making the move and getting a better signal. A round of applause for Puro Tejano 980 AM and Univision for making this happen. They deserve it because they have been on the air for more than five years now.

I hear Puro Tejano saying. Puro Tejano on 102.9 hd 2 but they are not mentioning 980 am. And have you been to their page on univision? They have it saying in spanish click on the blog thats an echo of Estereo Latino 102.9

agree, KRTX is probably the worst signal Univision owns (If we leave out KPTI). Leaving 980 AM will just cause their advertisers to drop the ball all together.
