Q 105 ALL Christmas

Anyone check out Christmas 1470 yet? Sounds pretty decent considering their signal. Maybe a chance to bring back WCWR with 50's/60's rock via satellite, of course (though slim to no chance) not that I'm hinting at a format change. ;D

Hey MsMusicRadio, have any tapes of KQV and 13Q from their heyday to the end? Just curious since I moved here 35 years ago and missed out on that.
 
Sorry, but when I was a kid in Pittsburgh, it never occurred to me. You could go to PRBTV website for possible links.
 
Unfortunately, 1470 no longer makes it south of the Skyway. 1450 in Sarasota has IBOC trash from 1430-1480, just trashes the band. And I'm sure nobody even listens to it in digital....

Well, SBE 1, you must have shamed 1450 into turning off their IBOC! Maybe they didn't want to be the grinch that stole Christmas. :)

At any rate, I noticed, that at least between 1030 this morning through 1:30 this afternoon; there was no IBOC sideband hash; I was able to hear something on 1440 and 1460 other than the hash. Even here in s.e. St. Petersburg, the hash from 1450 comes through on 1440 and 1460 and one day I even noticed it faintly in the background of 1470. (can't even begin to pick up 1470 once they drop to 500 watts; too much clutter on that frequency; it's like one of the graveyard channels......... except that they can operate with 1,000 watts at night.)
