Bob Feder says in his column today that 820 AM WAIT may get the OK to go to
24-Hour operation. However, in order to do this, they must change their
city of license to Western Springs and build a 6 tower antenna farm new there.
I can under the 6-tower requirement, but why must they change the C-O-L in order to do this? Also, this station had gone 24-hours some time ago, and used the call sign WCZE. I know that the xmtr was in Elmhurst then, but did they also use the Elmhurst location for night-time service?
