I just looked over the website, and Mrs.Walker lost her husband a year ago (Rev. Thomas L. Walker) who was the owner/CEO. Her position at the station was Office Manager, Of course she became CEO after his death. She may be the only one taking care of things, amd may lack the experience needed, particularly technical. The streaming audio quality is highly distorted, BTW.
From the website, the transfer of license was recently filed on February 2.

The transfer to the estate was fairly recent, and my feeling is that this will be put up for sale. I think Mrs. Walker needs help more than anything. Please reach out to her first with a kind email explaining what's happening to avoid issues with the FCC. If not resolved than complain to the FCC. Good chance WJR might.
