I remember one of my best friends, who happened to be of minorty race, asked me (jokingly) on-the-air if they were making progress on the "Anglo-Student Union" at the state University, since he had just been to the open house at the "Minority Student Union" that had just been rebuilt at that state U.... ;D

i live in a trailor i am white and i listen to imus's brother every week on sirius outlaw country ;D i also worked at an all black radio station before there were no racists there. and i was the only white employee.

Oh...and one more thing, and the point of the initial post; if Frank Ski had called the Rutgers team "Nappy headed hos" we'd have never heard a thing about it. If a black DJ had done it, there would have been no uproar. If you disagree with me, then you're dreaming.

Of course, you're a bit too obtuse to recognize the four-hundred-plus years of subtext between a white man saying something racially insensitive and a black person saying essentially the same thing.

While recognizing (but not celebrating) the real double standard at play, if ANYBODY should know better, you'd think it'd be Whites--but apparently not.

Most so called Black Stations, are owned by a WHITE Company . Money make the White man Black . White People who Hate any Racist stuff that on a so called Black Radio Stations , Take a look at the White Company that Owns That Station . B.E.T. IS OWN BY A WHITE COMPANY ( VIACOM ) . Most White Station Owners , Hate Hip Hop Music , but love the money that hip hop music, brings to their station . Baseball , Apple Pie and T.I. ! You must be crazy if you think a car dealer love T.I. Music , its all about the money .

the black station i worked at was owned by a local black man. so not all of them are. i loved it when people would come by the studio and say. you are white????!! i didnt know that ;D
