EVERY chain is getting less for their properties than they paid for em, friends. The greater a--hole theory of pricing ran up against sub-prime mortgage mess, and the Golden Rule of Bidness took over: "Them what's got the gold makes the rule" ... (Hint: It ain't the "owners" leveraged to the neck what's got the gold ... they're just rentin' it!
 
I love this gossip board, better than the old lady party lines of old. Some people here are absolutely clueless and love to stir the pot.
