Radio Slogans-Has any station ever re-used a Slogan ?

Back in the early 1980s stations like WKIP, WGHQ used slogans like "Sounds like the Hudson Valley and "WGHQ Where Your Friends Are"
Just wondering why a station wouldn't want to use a successful slogan once used before, has a radio station ever re-used a slogan, if so which one ? ;)

Joe Daily and his lightweight colleagues at 92.1 "Lite" FM in Poughkeepsie re-use the slogan "Thanks for turning on the Lite" after every song. Does that count?

The only examples that I can think of right off the top of my head in Albany....

In 1984, WQBK-FM dropped their long time Q-104 handle when they dropped free form progressive rock.
In 1987, when they flipped to classic rock, they brought back the old Q-104 handle. In 1994, they dropped it again, when they flipped to modern rock and became "The Edge". At the end of 2005, they dropped "The Edge" slogan when reverting to more of a classic rock format again, and became Q-103, no doubt because they had added the 103.5 frequency, several years earlier, and using Q-104 really wouldn't have made sense in that case. Two months later, WZMR grabbed the discarded "Edge" slogan and format, which they are still using...Back in 1970, WFLY dropped classical for A Top 40/Oldies format and was known as "92.3 W-FLY-Stereo". That format only lasted for a little over a year, and than they reverted to classical again....... Several years later they reverted to a Top 40 format again and were similarly known as FLY-92...or these days as FLY-92.3...

I see but even though the handles was reused i was referring to reusing radio slogans again...I guess "The Edge" was more of a handle then a slogan for the examples i gave.

I was referring to radio slogans that were used in a certain year then brought back another year...

i haven't listened recently, but i can't imagine wkny getting new jingles. some of their jingles had in it 'depend on us ... wkny.'

I know WEOK used to use "The Great Entertainer"
WTBQ still is "Radio Worth Listening to"
WALL used to be "The Pulse of Orange County"

Those were good slogans.

But I doubt WALL or WEOK will re-use any of them anytime soon.
