Re: thought so

I am hardly an also-ran. I've been talent and am now in a management position.

I will not name specific consultants because I may have the misfortune of working with them again. This is a small, insular business and word gets around. If you worked in this business or were familiar with this particular market, you'd know that.

Actually, your description of one person in particular was pretty clear!
______________
you're not a lawyer, are you?

Well, cat- you're totally anonymous here. Put up or shut up (no meanness
intended- just the figure of speach). If you've heard so many and they're all the same (that bad), spill the beans.

Still not taking the bait. Several people on this board know who I am.
And I stand by what I said.

No bait intended. Just after real, honest accountability. When you make sweeping statements about consultants, you should be prepared to back it up. you clearly are not.

If we were talking in person, I'd gladly provide the names. But again, some people on this board know who I am, and I don't want to make any more enemies.

You seem to sing the praises of consultants. Have you no confidence in program directors or news directors whose job it is to actually run stations and live with the consequences of consultants who have to bear no accountability or responsibility for their actions?

Settle it by e-mail

I go out of town for a week and this is what I come back to?

Just settle it by e-mail. The rest of us don't want this crap clogging up the board.
______________
