Rescue From Gilligan's Island (1978)

...oh, by the way, apparently contributing to Tina Louise's foul attitude towards her TV work is the fact that a porno actress of the '70s and '80s also used the name "Tina Louise" for her credits too...

Which is somewhat ironic considering that prior to her doing Gilligan's Island, Tina Louise herself did some posing for a number of adult magazines back in the 50's and early 60's.

Of course those types of magazines in that era are very very tame when one compares them to the so-called "adult" magazines of today just like many mainstream magazines that are available to anyone today, their content would be considered "hardcore porn" back in the 50's. Cosmopolitan Magazine would be a great example of that.
