Rick Mack new GM at Star 94

Rick is a good and decent person. He's been through a lot in Atlanta and knows the market. Like everyone in radio, he's sometimes been at the wrong place at the wrong time. He probably has a lot to prove to some people which will make him even more determined. He could be very good for Star 94 and he deserves the shot.

Ya know, there's an important life lesson here. If you'll notice, all the posts about Rick are glowing...what a great guy he is, how great he is to work for. Which just proves that if you treat everyone fairly and not try to brow-beat and beat people down, good things will happen to you. Something for all of us to remember in business and life.

I have two comments about Rick Mack. First, when it came to his traffic folk, he was very fair and did everything he could to stand behind their decisions.

Second, Star 94 is now poised to be the first station in Atlanta to make a huge comeback and maybe even be number 1...Mark Kanov...good GM. Rick Mack...good GM. Possibly better. Citadel probably didn't want to pay him to be GM. Idiots.
