The FCC doesn't care what you program, with one restriction: if you own two FM stations that overlap 70 dBu (city-grade) coverage by more than 50%, they can't simulcast the same format.Could they run 105.3 and 105.7 together like Y106.7 and Y104.1 were ran as one station (which I always thought was suspect)
There's essentially no 70 dBu overlap between 105.3/105.7, or between 106.7/104.1, so there's nothing "suspect" about simulcasting.
