Columbus radio good guys? This year it was Robb above everyone else. He truly cared about what each and every one of us wanted to hear, he e-mailed us regularly about how things were shaping up with 91.5, and the most fun I had last January was watching the original "Hairspray" for the first time -- a film that I had only checked out of the library because I had heard he was in it!
The last time I spoke with Robb, about two months ago, it was to simply thank him for being on the air earlier that night, and nothing more. With the station I think he very much enjoyed what he was doing, and although he listened to us, I feel he pretty much did things his own way. Much as it may hurt me to write this, you have to admire and respect that.
From his family of listeners to his real family, our condolences.
