I have a program (that I found thanks to this board, IIRC) called Sh*ttalker (minus the asterisk) that I've found to be the best robot voice program yet. I don't have a link to it, but I'm pretty sure it'll come up in a Google search. There are several different ways to vary a handful of vocal aspects, and you can save phrases for future playback. Really handy for any robot voice you need. I believe it was originally designed for making prank phone calls, but I've used it for about a year now for any robot voice application I may come across. It's text-to-speech engine may not be as accurate as the online program Je... er, um Mike posted, but if you fiddle around with not-so-phonetical spellings, you can pretty much get exactly what you want out of it. As much as I've tried, I can't get the online program to do that.
