According to the FCC, they're still silent. Is KREV on the air?
KREV never filed a resumption of operation when they debuted the Dance format in November. Per the FCC rules that would make their license expired as of February 23. This will be an interesting curveball into the proceedings. FCC likely will keep the station alive if they show proof of operations of course.According to the FCC, they're still silent.

At the time of resumption it was in Stolz' control again. The trustee will additionally likely be able to use that to help get the license retroactively kept alive.Based on this, it appears to be up to the trustee to keep the license alive:

That’s assuming they are ID’ing at all.I tuned to 92.7 on Monday from my car radio -- that signal doesn't come in on any of my house radios -- and it seemed to be on the air, though I didn't wait around for an ID.
I didn’t realize that we had a lack of local folks in the thread.
Beautiful tuner/amp!It was definitely on the air this afternoon (4/7)....View attachment 4652
Thanks. I've had the tuner for more than 30 years. It was refurbished about 15 years ago and has sounded great ever since...as long as the source material is good (which is not the case for some Bay Area FM stations!). The FM section has sensitivity and selectivity comparable to DSP-based radios, with better stereo separation and distortion. The AM section is reasonably sensitive and has a frequency rolloff somewhere between 4 and 5 kHz, which leads to good selectivity. The preamp is a matching component in the NAD Monitor series, but I bought it used, also about 15 years ago.Beautiful tuner/amp!
When you see “pro se”, even if the defendant is a lawyer by trade, you know you’re in for a good time.Coming this Monday to a bankruptcy court in NEVADA... (all public info with a few clicks)
