I heard through the industry pipeline that Bob Richards is coming back to earn his PD stripes at WAZY. He was the origianl host of the WAZY Wake-Up Crew with Steph and Cliz.
 
bob richards aint commin back. its sad to see lafatee radio be ruined by 1 company
 
He's been in touch with corporate. Look for an in-house interview soon. PD /mornings maybe? Bob got Stephanie into the business and who's say she wouldn't come back
 
I can't confirm exactly if Bob would but they have reached out to him and inquired about mornings, There is interest of "getting the band back together" Bob, Cliz, Stephanie, Bruno and supporting cast. They need to do something
 
Rather interesting reading, all of this is? Do any of you have any real clue about what's going on, or are you just wildly speculating?

I can't confirm exactly, only through a friend of Bob's that he is back in Chicago and actively looking. He was seen at BW3 last week with Angotti brass.

Of course, Bob could have just been at BW3's....which would put him with the Angotti's because that is Artie's hangout. Acutally, it is his safety zone. He has been known to take the staff to lunch as early as 10:30am, at BW's. And just what is Angotti "brass"? Maybe pot metal, scrap metal, but brass?

Quackattack, where do you get the 4.9? You know, Michael Bergner brokered Fort Wayne for them, and he may be talking. Art has proven, as he says, "we're not selling"......he's selling. That would be about four times revenues, which is way out of line so it really comes down to stick value for the market, which is what the Fort Wayne stations went for. But, that would be a very good buy, but you would also have to figure in at least a year of losses to rebuild.
 
Wow! To be that important. To have a hangout. And to have to take the staff out as early as 10:30am to lunch. Autograph hounds? Fellow radio snoop dogs? Paparazzi? Really impressive....I'm sorry, I mean pathetic.
 
Yes, I knew Bob in Lafayette. I thought the show was very good. I would like to see him comeback but my information is second hand
