Rush to leave Cumulus! Hello KFI! And goodbye Bill Carrol!!

Right on all points except I never said that Handel wanted late mornings. What I have inferred from frequent comments he has made is that he would like something like 6 to 10 and perhaps do the five to 6 hour with just the rest of the crew. He covets only perhaps an hour of Rush's time.

Point taken. :)

Ironically, right after I posted this, I heard the Handel crew and Conway crew are "switching places" for a stunt on Friday.

Thanks for clarifying - I'm an outtatowner. Great convo nevertheless!
What does that mean exactly? You don't live in L.A. per se or you don't live in the L.A. area at all? I don't live in L.A. either (as you can tell by my username), but my location is within the L.A. radio listening area and I at least know some basic things about the L.A. market that you apparently were oblivious to when you started this topic. This raises the question, what is Bug doing starting topics about the L.A. radio market when he apparently is clueless about the L.A. radio market?

Relax, SRL26! I live up north (what does that mean, "up north! That's a wide area!"), and listen via iHeart radio. Worked in LA radio many moons ago, and glad I don't work in it now!

You happy!!?
