So why are you listening? I mean, if I don't like someone, I probably will not listen to that person's show. I sure as heck wouldn't waste my time listening and then POST about it.

I for one am very happy to have my RMS back live. I listen because I enjoy it and I support the man that entertains me 5 days a week. I have an idea for all the Russ "haters" out there. Everyone of you has either a knob or a button on their radio - it will be named "seek" or "scan" or something similar. CHANGE THE FREAKIN' STATION! It won't bother Russ or KLLI one small iota, and it will keep you from having to listen to something you hate.

Everyone wins!

To be honest it is hard to tell whether it is live or not, i had to wait for the traffic to tell, since Gail doesn't do Traffic anymore, i figured it was live.

There are plenty of local stations that don't have anything to do with this kind of trash talk entertainment...find it Sir. Man, you folks sure put words in a guy's mouth. I never once said I condoned anything. I simply said I enjoy the show. I said I will continue to listen to the show. I requested that those that do not like the show change the station. I thought about a long drawn out retaliatory response, but what is the point? You folks have your opinions and I have mine - they do not have to be the same. Am I an embarrassment to this board? Do I care? As far as your questioning of my character... Really? You read a few posts on the internet and now you know all about my character? I hope to GOD that none of you "fine people" get picked to be on any jury. Ever. You are so quick to judge others, I really think that is what is wrong with our legal system today.

Anyhow, I will continue to listen to Russ, my "character" be damned. I will laugh at the "trash talk entertainment" and let the justice system decide the fate of Russ Martin.

Do the negative comments really hurt that much?

I posted in my other thread that I tuned in for the first time in months, online and turned it off in less than 5 minutes.
Sound like the same old same, with some added 'I don't take responsibility for my actions' thrown in.
And why does Russ have to wait for the trial, what happened to 'manning up', lil' bit%$es....

Yes, by all means, please change the channel. Maybe this will help you relate to where I am coming from:

I don't like to listen to rap music. I never tune in K104.
I don't know Spanish. I never tune in any of our Latin stations.
I don't like to stick my appendages into a light socket just to see if it somehow, miraculously felt different (better!) than it did the last time.

If you are offended by Russ, don't listen to Russ.

If I want to say something about Russ that is in the negative, I should stop listening?

Again, why does it matter to you if I listen to his show or not, that won't affect me commenting about things he does outside the show.

Or maybe I should not watch the news or read the paper either.

I heard, I listened, I turned off.
I saw, I read, I put the paper down.

Now with regard to judging. How many judge ATM thieves, parents that leave their kids in the car to die, etc etc? Hpyocrites. It's no different for Russ either. I'm looking forward to his arrogant butt getting canned and am doing what I can with regard to the advertisers pulling their ads.
