San Francisco Needs a Classic Hits Station

airpab said:
Best way to answer that is to just stream one or all of the stations I mentioned and listen to them for a little bit! You'll see exactly what I and others on here are saying!

But the new format is getting listeners, no? I have long since abandoned the idea that I will ever get what I want to hear on the radio because my musical choices are not pedestrian. I think you folks will have to realize this, too. Commercial radio is a mass market medium, and the mass market is about familiarity and repetition.

Hey maybe the BAND should go Classic hits , Oh wait it's Clear Channel that wouldn't work ,they don't know how to program a good station, if anything it will be satalite delivered, like the way they are going, no originalaity same 200 songs , Repetived, repeats over and over again.
