Doesn't sound like you have a broadcast attorney which is normally part of the service included in filing an application. You can try the area newspapers, or an even better source may be your state broadcaster's association. They are usually very helpful. The info may be on their website. Also the public file of some of the local area broadcast stations should have a copy of their public notices. You not only need a script but also the # of times and when the notice must run in the local newspaper, and be sure its a newspaper that meets the definition of being a newspaper, i.e. not a "shopper" type paper.
