Should someone try Rhythmic AC or Active Rock here?

OK! Let's say you take on WTTS. Let's assume you are so good at it, you take half their ratings.
You've got a 1.5. Guess what? You're fired! Triple A is a lot of work and it can work in a market
that doen't have one. But if you think you can do it here, I say big mistake.
 
But isn't your target demo the real objective in tv and radio. If you hit your target demo advertisers are happy and that 1.5 looks awesome!!!so really its the numbers beneath the numbers that you care about.
