Do you guys think that pop stations (and HACs) should take Pumped Up Kicks out of recurrent rotation for the next couple weeks? I know it's hard for me to listen to it right now...

If I was a CHR, I'd take it off the playlist for a few days at least. If I'm a CHR in Connecticut, maybe even longer than that.

I imagine Cumulus CHRs will be playing 'Die Young' in power for at least the next 3-4 years. That is the way of Cumulus.
My local CC CHR rarely still plays 'Pumped Up Kicks.' As for the Cumulus one, there are many other songs I would rather they take out of power than that one, such as "You're A Jerk" by LFMAO.
One of my local stations, WNTQ, stopped playing it. Also, there are a bunch of stations which have dropped it, causing it to fall on the charts and drop out of number one.kp2780 said:How about Keisha's "Die Young?" Yeah, just saw that - the bullet for "Die Young" has completely collapsed (-1077), apparently on a majority of stations nationwide
NoWayNoCC said:No. Stations should refuse to buckle to that sort of censorship.
