I think the last year WGN showed about 90 Cubs games was 1998 or '99, and ever since then it's hung right around 70. If I'm not mistaken, WGN took some Cubs games scheduled to be shown on CLTV late in the '98 season because of the playoff push. Personally, I'd like to see WGN show about 80 Cubs games, right about half the schedule.
ADD: WGN has already announced they're showing five preseason Cubs games and two Sox. With the way the schedule works, the opening day game at Cincinnati should also be aired on WGN. I'd guess the rest of the schedule will be announced sometime in February.
