Shows that haven't been seen anywhere in years

I've seen Hoppity Hooper on some of the DVD sets with hundreds of PD cartoons.

Chico and the Man was on ALN a few years back but nowhere I know of recently.

Remington Steele had been on Me-TV not too long ago, but I think it's off again.

Match Game on GSN has been cut back to one show a day at 8:30 AM ET, other than when they have occasional marathons like they did at Christmas.

Pow Wow The Indian Boy (animation)
Oh boy.....well, let's go even more un-PC: "Bucky & Pepito"
You can check them both out at www.toontracker.com , but I am sure both are on YouTube as well.
Edit: Wow even toontracker doesn't list Pow Wow....but here you go:

cd

Thanks CD. And here's a couple more retros, only these do not or should not stray from PC-ness... Spunky & Tadpole and Diver Dan.

The Game Show Network (GSN) currently has "Match Game" scheduled for 7:00 a.m. (Central time) for Monday through Friday in addition to 7:30 a.m for Monday through Friday.

Pardon me for using time periods applicable to my own time zone in response to your post with a time period applicable to the Eastern time zone.

SWAT is on Saturdays at 4 p.m. on Antenna TV; Remington Steele was on ME-TV last Fall, but got yanked once the new year started.

The main reason SWAT went down the tubes after two seasons was that it was shifted to Saturday nights on ABC in S2, and had as its lead-in Howard Cosell's bomb of a variety show.

Carter Country also got banished to Saturday nights for its second and final season, but then it was never a quality show to begin with.

^The CBN Cable Network was the name of the cable TV and satellite TV programming service broadcasting episodes of "The Man From U. N. C. L. E." at one point during the 1980s, not TBN.

Off by one letter. Sorry.

"December Bride" ran 5 years (1954-59), but in my 53 years, I had never seen it in reruns. Shokus Video provided my fix. Not all that bad a show.

"Medical Center" reruns were supposed to be on the original PAX sked in 1998, but something happened (no idea what it was), and it never came about.

Haven't seen "Mork & Mindy" anywhere since maybe 1986.

Lotta detective shows missing.....The FBI, Barnaby Jones, Harry O.....

cd

Mork and mindy is currently reran on the hub

Medical Center was on in the wee hours of the morning

Mork and mindy was reran on nick at nite

When was the last time you saw an episode--even one episode--of Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In?

Sure, some of the jokes are going to be a little dated, but there's still a lot to laugh at.

It was rerun on Trio in 2001.

Neil Patrick Harris is a hot property now. Is "Doogie Howser, M.D."
on DVD?

Yes Doogie is on DVD and rerun on The Hub late nights.

Likewise, the show ABC paired with it: "The Wonder Years."

Not rerun since The Hub

Here are some other shows I thought of.
S.W.A.T. (Only shown for season or two. Considered too violent for Mid 1970s)
Carter Country (Lasted about as long as Jimmy Carter did as Prez. Just Sayin.)
Chicago Hope
Falcon Crest
The Single Guy
Knots Landing
Remington Steele
Match Game with Gene Rayburn. GSN use to show episodes.

Match Game is rerun every morning on GSN

The Fall Guy--Season 1 was released in to different volumes. Music licensing is a problem. It was going to come to ALN but it was scrubbed se to music licensing

Murphy Brown--Again music licensing

American Bandstand

Solid Gold

Almost Grown

I'm guessing that Miami Vice already had syndication agreements for music licensing when they came on the air, since Brandon Tartikoff originally pitched the concept as "MTV Cops," so they undoubtedly knew it would be an issue down the road.

I've reviewed past posts and believe these have not been mentioned:

Dragnet (versions with Ben Alexander)
Cheyenne
Sugarfoot
77 Sunset Strip (Did see a few on Me TV)
Gunsmoke (early versions with Dennis Weaver)
Red Skelton Show
Richard Diamond
Rifleman
Have Gun, Will Travel
Roaring Twenties
Twighlight Zone
Herb Shriner Show
George Gobel Show
Bourbon Street Beat
Checkmate
Hawaian Eye (Not 5-0)
Surfside Six

Groucho Marx's You Bet Your Life
What's My Line?
64000 Dollar Question
Name That Tune
Your Hit Parade (Snooky Lanson, Giselle MacKenzie, Dorothy Collins. & ?) Rock & Roll outmoded these pop vocalists better suited for other music. Was 4th performer Russell Arms?

Yes.....I only know that from an appearance of the cast of YHP on "Family Feud" in 1983. Bea Wain was the head of that "family" that day.

Here are other shows from my childhood.

Space 1999
In Search of with Lenord Nimroy
Land of The Lost
Superfriends
Laverne & Shirley
Taxi
Welcome Back Kotter(TV Land use to show it)
Monday Night Football with Frank,Don and Howard-Love to see some reruns of classic games.
Wide World of Sports

Regarding Monday Night Football, there aren't too many ABC broadcasts from the first decade that are available. You can see some clips on YouTube, but the NFL (when they aren't claiming copyright infringement) generally acts as if that era barely existed, since their own 24-7 network is too busy focusing on the current game--even though there are CANYONS on dead time on the channel.
