Sid Rosenberg on 560 WQAM

Faraway said:
The real story here is how WQAM - in the month of September - laid another outrid PPM egg. Oh, yes, I see that WAXY's egg smells only a teeny tiny tad less but WILL GUESS that when the demos are reviewed, WAXY is clear winner, which is amazing and anyone connected with WQAM should be ashamed and embarrassed. Rose, Rosenbeg, Mandich, Dolphins, Hurricanes...all of those great assets and you still lose.

Side note on the Neil deal - yes, Beaseley is saving money but you better believe they'd happily be paying the monthly freight if he still got ratings. Fact is, other than about sixteen 85 year old farts, no one was listening to him anymore. Everyone else had a life to live.

Class dismissed.

Don't know if that's true since he always had the highest ratings but I did find it strange that he always had 5 or 6 callers who would call over and over.

WQAM is better in mornings and mid-days, WAXY better in PMD with Lebbie. Add in Fins and Canes (as opposed to Marlins and Panthers) and I give the edge to WQAM.
Sid is raising the bar at 560.

I guess LeBatard has his following but I just don't listen to him. And am getting very tired of Mandich cutting people short. I understand some get too windy but he doesn't even hardly ever let them get in their point. Will be glad when he retires unless they replace him with his lap dog, Stevenson.

Have they said who's replacing him when he leaves? I still wouldn't be surprised to see LeBatard cross the street.

I love what Sid is doing on WQAM. I know he hasn't been on the air long, but does anyone know how he's doing in the ratings? How is he doing compared to what Neil was doing? Just curious.
