Jorge Sedano went on a warpath this afternoon He called out station management calling the morning situation an embarrassment The Marlins preempt him Wednesday but I would be shocked if he wasn't suspended for a day come Thursday
Maybe he got what he wanted--attention.

You would think 790 would have a plan in place before firing Sid. They're in a mess...and Sid is going to end up on 560. Just a hunch.

i heard sedano has already contacted joe bell already to jump ship to 560 i just dont know where he would fit and i say rosenberg ends up on 560 too just dont know where at and maybe 560 is getting tired of neil

yes sedano is the replacement for sid along with krystal fernandez and the hold up is the contract he must want something they arent willing to give

They would be crazy to give Sedano a lot of money...he's just not that good. Sid is much stronger than Sedano. I think Sedano is in the same group of guys as Kevin Rogers, Big O, DA, Jeremy Marks Peltz, Zaslow, Goldie, Defo, etc. They're all serviceable but none of them are "game changers." But hey, I'm just an old Rock N Roll DJ and a huge sports radio listener.

Here are the facts. His numbers also suggest, in the 18+ months he's been on WAXY that those other guys are not even close to being in his class. He consistently, has put up over a 3.5 share in men vs Neil Rogers & Limbaugh. Heck, he even beat Neil once. Sid couldn't say the same thing when he was in midday. The other guys you mentioned couldn't even sniff that. From a sales viewpoint (which is my expertise) only Alzugaray is in the same breath.
You're certainly entitled to your opinion, but maybe you're better suited to break down Doc Reno vs Ron St. John
(Sorry couldn't resist when you wrote the old rock & roll dj stuff. You can throw it back at me & say I'm only capable of breaking down Peter Leonard vs Todd Greck)
All kidding aside, he's the best option in the market. Besides, Joe Rose is an average host who, like Jim Mandich has been doing the same show for years. He may not be Sid in your opinion (though, they both always spoke about how he's Sid's protege), but he's more sellable and has proven he's capable of getting some pretty good numbers. So, they'll have a shot.
