sirius revolution being silenced

Both Spirit (6066 Dish Network) and Channel 975 on Dish are awesome. I like them very much.

They both have a playlist that I can relate to. Not too hard but not too soft.

Just the right mix of music, for my Spiritual needs. Most of their music, is wonderful and I like to sing along, when I'm listening.

P.S. As of yesterday, my remote control skips from 6066 to 6068. It no longer stops on 6067.

yep E* (Dish Network) pulled the "revolution" channel from the receiver mappings (as it's no longer there) and put the new secular alternative station to match its listing on Sirius i think.

With today's announcement of XM and Sirius merging, what will happen once the dust has settled? I'd guess that there will be some sort of CCM channel, but is there any chance of getting a Christian rock channel back in the process?

heres hoping! and i bet it will. i am sure at least 20 current stations will be gone at that time. plus several channels are on both..E!, CNN, CNN headline, fox, fox news, espn, espn spanish, radio disney..just to name a few..

also i finally get back to church after about a 12 year hiatus and now i have no radio to listen to on the way there..which is 73 miles one way btw!! so i have to listen to cds. which is ok i have a lot of christian rock/ metal..mostly metal ;D

i just tried out the pulse. i am a live 365 subscriber btw. it has a lot of artifacting!! much much more than sirius or xm! ???? i am listning to classic christian hits right now and its very near cd quality. clear as a bell! no artifacts at all! how can one 64k stream sound diffrent than another 64k stream?

There are many reasons, It's possible the source material is not properly encoded or could be how their processing it. There are many factors that could cause artifacts.
