Clearwater, FL, April 20, 2007 – Applied Media Technologies Corporation (AMTC) announced today that it has expanded its Public Relations & Marketing department with the addition of two public relations & marketing specialists, Cheryl Billinger and Amy Clark.
Cheryl Billinger will be responsible for implementation of new marketing programs, creation of point of sale materials, market research and sales analysis. Amy Clark’s duties will include press release and article authoring, media outreach and customer testimonials, as well as travel coordination and research for AMTC’s trade show appearances. She most recently worked as a public relations coordinator with Quantified Marketing Group, and previously interned with Yesawich, Pepperdine, Brown & Russell’s public relations department. She earned her B. S. in Journalism from the University of Florida, where she specialized in magazines and served as a managing editor of UF’s Orange and Blue magazine. “AMTC is growing at an incredible pace, and we are very excited to expand the capacity of our public relations and marketing team. In the short time the department has been in place, our media relations, Web traffic, and sales support responsiveness have been at all-time highs. We are ecstatic to welcome Cheryl and Amy to the team and look forward to even greater success from their department in the future,” said Clayton Burton, AMTC’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

The staffing expansion will permit AMTC’s Public Relations and Marketing department to assume responsibility for the planning and execution of AMTC’s nearly 100 national and regional trade show appearances each year. The team will also become more involved in the company’s sales process, actively creating new background music and on-hold messaging programs for businesses nationwide.

Clearwater, FL - July 24, 2007 – Applied Media Technologies Corporation (AMTC) announced that it has reached an agreement with Dunkin' Brands to provide special discounted pricing on its SIRIUS Satellite Radio background music to Baskin-Robbins stores nationwide. As the world's largest chain of ice cream specialty shops, Baskin-Robbins currently operates more than 5,600 units in 40 countries.

AMTC is the national provider of SIRIUS Satellite Radio to businesses, supplying the required satellite equipment, music service and all music royalties. Businesses are never trapped in contracts, and they pay only $24.95 per month for the commercial-free service. AMTC also offers a wide range of commercial-quality sound equipment, making in-store music affordable for any business.

“The business of ice cream is nothing but fun, and our goal is to make sure customers of all ages smile. Baskin-Robbins is known for its 31 flavors of ice cream that are always available in its shops around the world. This year, the company will celebrate 62 years of business. Baskin-Robbins is a part of the Dunkin' Brands, Inc. family of companies, which also includes Dunkin' Donuts.

Over the past couple of years, it seems that just about every car manufacturer has jumped at the opportunity to install satellite radio in the latest vehicle models. Those very same executives are noticing the effect such an inclusion has on buyers' choices, not just during a test drive, but on the showroom floor as well.

Mazda Motor of America, Inc. has announced an agreement with AMTC to install satellite radio receivers in its U.S. dealerships. The idea behind this is to have satellite radio playing in the showrooms and on the car lots in order to increase sales of vehicles with SIRIUS installed, as well as sales overall. .

AMTC Puts a Zoom-Zoom on Mazda Dealerships
SIRIUS Satellite Radio and TelAdvantage messaging strengthen presence in showrooms

Clearwater, FL – June 18, 2008 – Mazda Motor of America, Inc., a subsidiary of Mazda Motor Corporation, is providing a new way for its dealers to promote the SIRIUS Satellite Radio they already offer in many of their vehicle models, as well as a method for getting the message out about new Mazda models and other dealership news.

With the help of Applied Media Technologies Corporation (AMTC), the national provider of SIRIUS to businesses and TelAdvantage in-store and on-hold messaging, all U.S. Mazda dealerships are able to reach out to their customers with music and customized marketing messages both in the showroom and during telephone “on-hold” time.

"When we opened our new Mazda Retail Revolution dealership in Temecula, Cal., the only things missing were quality in-store music and a telephone on-hold messaging solution. To our surprise, both services could be found from one source, AMTC,” Temecula Mazda Vice President Bill Brumbaugh said.

“With AMTC's help, we installed SIRIUS Satellite Radio and TelAdvantage messaging, engaging customers both in the dealership and over the phone. SIRIUS provides crystal-clear digital sound with 67 channels to choose from, and TelAdvantage allows us to customize our on-hold messages to our liking. Often, our guests comment on the quality and selection content while visiting and calling our dealership. We explain to our customers that when you purchase a Mazda from us, you can have this same SIRIUS Satellite Radio experience in your vehicle every day. I can’t tell you how many guests turn into customers for life.”

Retail studies have shown that music greatly influences customers' purchasing patterns and decision-making processes, helping to establish the mood, motivate the subconscious, and create a lasting impression on existing and potential customers. However, in order for a business to reap these benefits, performance royalties must be paid per song, and stiff fines await those who neglect the payment of these fees. Businesses also face the challenge of finding suitable music to play in their establishments. CDs are repetitive, and terrestrial radio comes fraught with aggravating commercials, and worse, advertising for competitors.

“Many of Mazda's vehicles come standard with SIRIUS Satellite Radio,” AMTC President Clayton Burton said. “By adding showroom and on-hold messages, dealers gain another means to help retain customer interest and spur cross sales in Mazda's other departments, like service and parts.”
