I was under the impression that they hadn't addressed HD ID's yet.

which amends regulation 73.1201 essentially as Neggy says:
"A radio station operating in DAB hybrid mode or extended hybrid mode shall identify its digital signal, including any free multicast audio programming streams, in a manner that appropriately alerts its audience to the fact that it is listening to a digital audio broadcast. " (it also adds two words elsewhere in 73.1201 to accomodate the fact that the regulation applies to digital *radio* as well and not just digital *TV*.)
