Smooth Jazz is Back in Chicago!

Now that my old analog TV is pretty much without programming, I found a new use for it! And the channel sounds great on it (Nice slideshow of Chicago you got there)!

Many TV's have Stereo Audio Output Jacks so that the sound can be played through your sound system. I do that with my Satellite Receivers and the sound is so much better! Another idea is to use the VCR/DVD tuner to tune in the Channel 6 Audio and play the output through the Stereo System so that the TV doesn't have to be running - saves some electricity!

WLFM-LP Smooth Jazz 87.7 - The L is sounding rather smooth now that WITI-TV has signed off permanently their analog transmitter... Heard the Paul Hardcastle ID's...and TOH ID sounding really good, nice touch. Audio processing sounds really decent too... Next thing The L needs to go Omnidirectional for better coverage... So now... Catch the L!!!

I asked when a legal ID would be forthcoming & was told it wasn't good to plaster calls all over the station. Glad to hear that was reconsidered!
