How 'bout this observation. Your first reply did NOTHING to advance the need of the first post, except open up a discussion about whether or not you will admit that your response WAS rude. My suggestion, if you can't honestly answer the question, don't respond. I'm NOT a moderator, just a semi-regular visitor to this site. And, like the first post-er, there are times I need to look at manuals for software I don't have, to see if it will solve a SPECIFIC problem I might have, WITHOUT tipping off to (possibly) your software company's sales department that I'm interested, thereby having to deal with pushy salespeople that don't understand "I'm just looking, but, if I need help, I'll call."
