SC might work for a FOH situation (or production house) but that name just doesn't sound like something I would want to throw into an On Air 24/7 studio with a bunch of folks who will slam the faders around... Kinda like who would put a Behringer mixer on air in a mission critical job? [ok I know it's done .. I once did on air consulting/IT work for a small rural non com 1kw FM that was using a Mackie Mixer for on air board / and production]
As they say -- You get what you pay for and sometimes what you get based on price can be deceiving.. [I am guessing in the case of the SC console it looks good on the outside -- but..] if your going to end up spending $$ for line cards, repairs etc.. I would look (if your wanting analog at a Audio Arts console.. You can't go wrong with an R55e..)
Though I will say -- I do love my Axia Radius console -- but I understand IP, Digital etc.. is "not for everyone"
