Lastnight a little after 11 when Spike TV went into commerical break during CSI NY, Spike TV never took their logo down when in commerical break. It was left up during all commericals, only time I didn't see the Spike TV logo was when my local cable company ran two local ads. When those ads were done the Spike TV logo was still their and when they came back to the show they didn't do the graphic telling what show your watching. I guess Spike TV was having a tech problem with the logo. Most times that I see a logo during commericals is on a local tv station not cable network. (The ESPN bottomline during commerical breaks during baseball tonight and other ESPN shows doesn't count as ESPN wants to show the bottomline during breaks.)
