I don't care if they spit, or "adjust" themselves on camera,,, I WANT TO SEE THE GAME!
Why do there have to be so many closeups in baseball. I hear the announcers talking about an infield shift,, yet all I see on my TV is a close up of the pitcher sweating.
It is wonderful how technology can get us up close like that, sometimes it works, but more often its a waste. I want to see the camera shot from above, behind the batter, so I can see how the fielders are set up,, I want to see how they react to a hit. I want to WATCH the GAME.
At least I can still hear games on radio (XM). There are still some good radio play by play and color guys out there that can give me a better vision of what is happening on the field than I get on TV.
Anyone agree? Disagree?
